Corporate Travel Executive

Role & responsibilities

Smart Yatri Private Limited is looking for a Corporate Travel Executive to manage domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations and travel requirements for corporate clients.

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings and reservations.
• Manage hotel bookings, room reservations and corporate hotel requirements.
• Work on travel booking platforms and GDS systems.
• Handle ticket cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and reissuance.
• Prepare flight and hotel quotations and travel itineraries.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels and travel partners.
• Respond to corporate client queries through email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Ensure accuracy of bookings, fares, passenger details and travel documentation.
• Manage multiple corporate travel requests efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

• 14 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Prior experience in corporate travel management or travel agency operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing.
• Experience with Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with hotel booking platforms and B2B travel portals.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules, cancellations, refunds and reissuance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Must have a laptop, stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
