Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram and other sales channels.
• Handle individual as well as corporate gifting enquiries.
• Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, confirmed orders and sales performance.
• Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and increase sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
• Follow up with prospective customers to close pending enquiries.
