Job Description

  1. Recruitment & Selection:

    Handle job postings, resume screening, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

  2. Employee Onboarding:

    Manage joining formalities, document collection, verification, appointment letters, and employee agreements.

  3. Attendance & Leave Management:

    Maintain attendance records, monitor login/logout timings, track leaves, and ensure compliance with company policies.

  4. Payroll Coordination:

    Coordinate with the Accounts and Payroll teams regarding salary processing, payslips, salary discrepancies, and employee data.

  5. Employee Relations:

    Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.

  6. HR Documentation:

    Maintain employee records, prepare HR letters, and manage employment-related documentation.

  7. Performance Management:

    Assist in performance reviews, employee monitoring, probation assessments, and performance improvement plans.

  8. Policy Implementation:

    Communicate HR policies, ensure adherence to company rules, and maintain workplace discipline.

  9. Exit Formalities:

    Handle resignation acceptance, notice periods, exit documentation, clearance, and Full & Final settlement coordination.

  10. Employee Engagement:

    Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, internal communications, and HR initiatives.

  11. HR Reporting:

    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports as required by management.
