As an experienced Firmware/Software Engineer, you will be responsible for programming in embedded Linux & RTOS based applications. Your role will involve designing, coding, and integrating software for embedded Linux/RTOS targeted applications. You must possess a strong understanding of ARM processors, hardware, and have experience in custom board or product development. Your responsibilities will include customizing, deploying, and maintaining Linux distributions, interacting with the Linux kernel, integrating new device drivers, improving existing software components, performing unit tests, integration tests, verification, and validation of the products developed. Additionally, you will work on assisting with the hardware design surrounding the processor and documenting projects according to standards. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering with a minimum of 6-12 years of experience in embedded Linux programming. Specific skills required include expertise in C programming with RTOS, hands-on experience with Protocol development, and knowledge of Linux, ARM processor architecture, SOC, and FPGA interface.
