Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Create new sales opportunities by identifying prospects and communicating via outbound telephone calls (and emails). Follow-up our proactive marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries. Maintain customer relationships by providing support, information, and guidance. Route qualified opportunities to the Business Development Manager’s (BDM) for further development and closure. Close account sales (liaising with BDM) and achieve monthly results as required. Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest. Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory. Work with the sales and marketing team to build pipeline and close deals. Produce BDM quotes Send out Order Acknowledgements Ensure the smooth running of the sales process. Act as the primary internal point of contact for customers. Skills Required: Proven inside sales experience Track record of over-achieving sales targets Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Good team player Salary – Dependent on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Diploma or certification in drafting or a related field is preferred. • Working experience as an Architectural Draughtsman for 2 years minimum • Proficient with Auto CAD/ ZW CAD 2D required · Sketchup/ Solidworks / Revit software knowledge will be added benefit. • Ability to interpreted Architects and façade consultant cladding drawing accurately. • Knowledge of Microsoft Words and Excel and other basic computer skills will be preferred. · Good verbal or communication skill in English will be an advantage.
