The ideal candidate will lead a team of 4 to 8 developers and play a critical role in impact analysis, technical design, development, and agile sprint-based delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 to 8 developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Perform impact analysis for new features, changes, and enhancements. Develop technical design documents and work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop and maintain applications using Vue.js, Java, and Spring Boot. Ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
