Position Overview We are looking for a System Implementation Manager who can take real operational needs and translate them into well-built, reliable system workflows. You will primarily support the implementation, configuration, and integration of our field service and customer relationship platforms. You will work closely with operations, leadership, and field teams to turn business requirements into practical system setups, clean data structures, and clear workflows. You will work with: Zuper for FSM scheduling, dispatch, work orders, inventory, and asset tracking HubSpot for CRM, sales, service, and customer lifecycle management You will focus on implementing configurations, building automations, improving processes, and helping users adopt these tools smoothly. Success in this role means keeping data accurate, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring teams can rely on Zuper and HubSpot to support daily operations.
