Copywriter

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Copywriter role based in Noida. The Copywriter will craft clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for digital platforms, product listings, social media, email campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing brand-aligned messaging, drafting and editing copy for marketing and promotional materials, and writing press-related content to support launches and campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, design, and leadership teams to refine brand voice, optimize content for conversions, and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. The Copywriter will help communicate Blue Tea India’s mission, product benefits, and impact in a compelling, audience-focused manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Writing and Proofreading skills to produce error-free, polished, and impactful copy.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to convey ideas clearly, collaborate with teams, and adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Candidates should possess Press Releases and Marketing skills to create media-ready content and support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Relevant experience in copywriting for consumer brands, FMCG, or e-commerce is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice, work to deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, email marketing) and basic understanding of SEO-friendly copy is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
