Copywriter Associate

Boldfit is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Copy Associate to support the brand’s day-to-day content and copywriting requirements across e-commerce, social media, digital advertising and other marketing channels.

The role involves translating creative briefs into clear, engaging and conversion-focused copy that resonates with customers and reflects Boldfit’s brand voice. The ideal candidate is a fast, sharp writer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can deliver high-quality content with minimal revisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Write product listing copy, marketplace content, social media captions, ad variations, headlines and short-form video scripts.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging, customer-focused copy aligned with the brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Create compelling product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits and customer use cases.
• Adapt copy for different platforms, audiences and formats, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, D2C and social media.
• Proofread all outgoing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar and error-free execution.
• Maintain and update copy libraries, templates, product information and brand language guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Copy Lead, designers and social media team to deliver content within agreed timelines.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and make revisions while maintaining quality and consistency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing or digital marketing, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, sports or consumer brands.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to communicate product benefits in a simple, engaging and persuasive manner.
• Familiarity with marketplace listing requirements, social media content and digital advertising formats.
• Excellent attention to detail, speed of execution and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
