Job Summary

IT/hardware industry and hands-on MIS reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Handle order processing, order tracking, and order status updates.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, accounts, logistics, distributors, and channel partners.
• Support invoicing, billing, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory, order, and billing records.
• Assist the Product Manager with operational reports, documentation, and routine business activities.
• Track pending orders, deliveries, invoices, and other operational requirements.
• Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain data accuracy and prepare reports using MS Excel and relevant business systems.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the

  IT, computer hardware, IT distribution, or technology products industry

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  MIS reporting is mandatory

  .
• Experience in order processing, sales coordination, order management, invoicing, or billing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of servers, computer hardware, or IT infrastructure. Advanced technical expertise is not required.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IT hardware brands, OEMs, distributors, system integrators, or technology product companies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar business software.
• Experience supporting a Product Manager or sales/commercial team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

A candidate with relevant IT/hardware industry experience, strong MIS and Excel skills, and practical exposure to order processing, invoicing, billing, and sales coordination. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.
