Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience in IT-focused marketing or business development . The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth in the IT sector. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals · Oversee multi-channel campaigns: digital, email, PPC, social media, content, and events · Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to create targeted B2B campaigns (enterprise and SMB) · Lead content creation: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, website copy · Manage SEO, SEM, and social media efforts; monitor website performance · Track campaign performance (MQLs, SQLs, conversion, ROI); optimize based on insights · Manage marketing budget and vendor/agency relationships · Mentor junior marketing staff and coordinate with external partners Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) · Minimum 4 years in marketing or BDM roles within IT/web/app/software development environments · Proven track record in B2B lead generation and campaign execution · Proficiency with marketing tools: Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, CRM/automation platforms · Strong analytical skills; experience with performance metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics) · Excellent written and verbal communication, content creation, and project management skills · Leadership experience with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset Preferred Skills · Experience in a web/app development or SaaS environment · Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Canva, video marketing · Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) Location .
