Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Marketer, based in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing product marketing activities, analyzing market trends, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals. Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and major updates Define clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to key buyer personas Develop sales enablement assets including pitch decks, brochures, battle cards, email templates, and case studies Conduct deep customer and competitor research to refine product-market fit and GTM approach Partner with content, performance, and lifecycle teams to create campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention Collaborate with the product and growth teams to enhance onboarding flows, product education, and in-app engagement Monitor and report on product marketing KPIs including trial-to-paid conversion, feature adoption, and funnel performance Run experiments across messaging, pricing, channels, and positioning to uncover scalable growth levers Job Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (preferably in martech, eCommerce tech, or analytics platforms) Demonstrated success in building and executing GTM strategies that drive measurable business results Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex features into crisp business narratives Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom) and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4) Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams Prior experience in fast-paced startups or SaaS environments is highly desirable
