Conversational AI Developer

Nuacem AI offers a cognitive customer engagement cloud platform designed to enhance customer experiences across text, voice, and video through its proprietary, advanced Whitebox NLU engine.

In this role, you will work closely with Nuacem AI customers to design and develop conversational chatbots that can be deployed at scale. You will create chatbot user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design concepts effectively.

The chatbots may be deployed as conversational interfaces on websites and platforms such as Facebook Messenger, Kik, Skype, Slack, Telegram, and SMS, or as skills for Amazon Alexa and Google Home-supported devices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and deliver new chatbots.

• Analyze customer requirements and design, document, test, and develop software to meet functional and non-functional requirements.

• Manage production support issues and help ensure the smooth functioning of deployed solutions.

• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and estimates, communicating progress, challenges, and issues promptly.

• Contribute to the development of chatbot and AI-based projects.

• B.Tech., B.E., M.E., M.Tech., or an equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• More than 2 years of proven experience in software development.

• Knowledge of chatbot platforms and at least 6 months of hands-on experience developing chatbots or working with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing (NLP) technologies.

• Experience with API management solutions, third-party libraries, and APIs.

• Working knowledge of mobile application architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

• A solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

• A strong foundation in enterprise application fundamentals, including data structures and object-oriented design.
