About Us: Savion Control System is a fast-growing engineering and manufacturing company based in Pimpri. We specialize in designing and building custom Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), automated assembly lines, Poka-Yoke systems, and comprehensive electrical control panels. We are seeking a skilled Control Engineer with strong expertise in the Siemens automation ecosystem to lead the programming and commissioning of our advanced machine projects.
Key Responsibilities:
PLC Programming: Write, test, and commission PLC logic from scratch using Siemens TIA Portal (V14 through V20) for S7-1200 and S7-1500 series controllers.
HMI Development: Design intuitive operator screens and interface systems, ensuring seamless communication between the PLC and HMI hardware. System Integration: Integrate third-party hardware including Keyence IV4 camera vision systems, cycle counters, and various sensors into the main control architecture.
Industrial Communication: Configure and troubleshoot network communications, primarily utilizing PROFINET and Modbus protocols for data exchange with supervisory software (such as LabVIEW).
Shop-Floor Commissioning: Work directly on the assembly floor to read electrical diagrams, test custom control panel wiring, execute trial runs, and troubleshoot logic during final machine buy-offs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience exclusively in industrial automation, machine building, or SPM manufacturing.
Core Technical Skills: Mastery of Siemens TIA Portal and S7 hardware is mandatory.
Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose electrical and logic issues on live machines.
Education: B.E. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with other PLCs (Delta, Mitsubishi) ,Siemens is the primary focus of this role. How to Apply:
