Must have good knowledge of A to Z work of "Interior Execution" and to act as the In-Charge of that Site.Taking measurements, preparing bar-chart, Labour Report, preparing Running Bills, Indents, etc.

Knowledge of all material used in Interior Execution Work (such as Civil, Plumbing, Elect, Carpentry, POP, Painting, HVAC, modular furniture, etc.) with the knowledge of the Vendors with good knowledge of excel to report to the Management the status of site-wise material indented/procured/payment status, etc. To search new products, vendors. Ability to procure maximum credit, reconciliation.
