Job Description

RKC Eduhub is hiring a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Science Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Content Writer to develop high-quality educational content for competitive examinations, including BPSC, BPSC TRE, Bihar Board, and other government examinations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, excellent research skills, and the ability to explain complex scientific concepts in simple, student-friendly language.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and exam-oriented Science study materials in Hindi and English.
• Create MCQs, practice questions, mock tests, and detailed answer explanations.
• Prepare chapter-wise notes, revision materials, and question banks.
• Research and analyse previous years' question papers and examination patterns.
• Review, edit, and fact-check educational content for scientific accuracy.
• Develop content for textbooks, e-books, online courses, and test series.
• Coordinate with faculty members, editors, and DTP operators for content development.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned content projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Science (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., or relevant qualification).
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, particularly at Classes 6–12 level.
• Excellent Hindi and English writing and comprehension skills.
• Familiarity with NCERT textbooks and competitive examination syllabi.
• Ability to prepare original, plagiarism-free, well-structured educational content.
• Good command of MS Word and basic document formatting.
• Strong research, analytical, and proofreading skills.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with experience preparing content for BPSC, BPSC TRE, UPSC, SSC, Railway, or teaching examinations.
• Previous experience in educational publishing, EdTech, coaching institutes, or academic content development.
• Candidates familiar with Bihar Board and NCERT Science curricula.
• UPSC/BPSC aspirants with strong Science subject knowledge and content-writing skills are encouraged to apply.
