Content Writer

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and research-oriented Content Writer with 1+ years of professional experience in digital content creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing content projects, developing content strategies, and producing high-quality, SEO-driven content across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with SEO, marketing, design, and performance teams to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions through impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality content strategies aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging, well-researched, and conversion-focused blog posts, long-form articles, website content, landing pages, product descriptions, case studies, and marketing copy.
• Create compelling social media content and campaign-based creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct in-depth industry research and competitor analysis to produce authoritative and value-driven content.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to implement advanced on-page SEO strategies (keyword clustering, content structuring, internal linking, meta optimization, readability enhancement, etc.).
• Optimize existing content to improve rankings, engagement, and performance metrics.
• Maintain and evolve brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across all content channels.
• Edit, proofread, and enhance content for grammar, clarity, structure, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Ensure strict originality in all content (No plagiarism, No AI-generated content).
• Manage multiple content calendars, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Repurpose and adapt content for various formats while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Track content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Mentor junior writers and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional content writing experience.
• Proven portfolio showcasing blogs, website copy, social media campaigns, and SEO-driven content.
• Strong command of the English language (grammar, vocabulary, clarity, and storytelling).
• Advanced research, analytical, and content structuring skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword intent, search trends, and content optimization.
• Ability to write for diverse industries and multiple content formats (blogs, landing pages, emailers, ad copy, social media, etc.).
• Excellent proofreading and editing capabilities.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
