Content Writer – Corporate Governance & ESG

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with experience or knowledge in corporate governance, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and corporate law. The candidate will create high-quality content for websites, social media, corporate communications, client profiles, and executive summaries for CXOs and Board Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and create content related to corporate governance, ESG, corporate law, and board matters.
• Write articles, blogs, reports, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
• Prepare executive summaries and professional profiles for CXOs and Board Directors.
• Develop content strategies and narratives for campaigns, webinars, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain quality, originality, and consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and ESG developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in content writing, corporate communications, legal content, or a related field.
• Good understanding of corporate governance, ESG, corporate law, or regulatory compliance.
• Excellent writing, research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Knowledge of SEO and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate, legal, consulting, ESG, or governance-related sectors.
• Certifications in corporate governance, ESG, content writing, or content marketing.
• Experience creating content for CXOs, Board Directors, or senior executives.
