About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Operations & Content Executive to support content development, product quality, parent engagement, and platform operations. This role offers hands-on learning and fast growth in the EdTech space.

Key Responsibilities • Parent support & after-sales app queries • Community post approvals, certificates & assessments • Reviewing learning kits, lesson plans & prototypes • Researching worksheets, activities & learning content • Curating videos for digital libraries • Creating mockups, master images, solved & answer sheets using Canva • Supporting design & video editing teams • Coordinating photo & video shoots • Updating platform content, QR codes & activities • Maintaining trackers & documentation • Contributing to new kit ideation & planning • Handling learning centre application calls & follow-ups • Coordinating with cross-functional teams
