Job Title: Creative Content & Social Media Executive

Location: Cuffe Parade, Mumbai (On-site, Full-Time)

Salary: Rs.30,000 - Rs.45,000 per month (depending on experience and skillset)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Plan, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest

- Create reels, stories, and static posts for each brand in alignment with campaigns

- Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the community

2. Photography & Videography (In-House)

- Conduct simple, aesthetic photoshoots in our retail showroom (products, styling, BTS)

- Shoot and edit video clips for Reels, IGTV, or campaign snippets

- Capture lifestyle, packaging, artisan stories, or "behind-the-scenes" moments

3. Creative & Catalog Design

- Create product catalogs and lookbooks for rugs, shawls, scarves (PDF/print format)

- Design graphics, flyers, campaign visuals using Canva/Adobe tools

- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital content

4. Content Planning & Insights

- Maintain a content calendar and align posts with launches, festivals, and campaigns

- Track performance of posts and suggest tweaks to improve engagement

- Brainstorm with the team for new content ideas and storylines

Ideal Candidate

- Passionate about content, photography, social media, and design

- Strong eye for aesthetics and product styling

- Comfortable working independently with DSLR or high-end smartphone

- Familiar with Canva, InShot/CapCut, Instagram tools, and basic editing apps

- Prior experience in fashion/lifestyle/e-commerce brands is a plus

- 1-3 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong portfolios also welcome)
