We work on diverse brand and client projects that require fresh ideas, compelling visuals, and effective content production.

We are looking for creative and enthusiastic interns who are interested in video production, short-form content creation, social media reels, and on-camera performance. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real client projects, brand campaigns, and digital content production in an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Content Creation

· Assist in producing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other short-form digital content for client brands.

· Support video shoots at the office, client locations, and other shoot venues.

· Assist with basic camera setup, framing, lighting, and other production requirements.

· Coordinate with the creative and digital marketing teams to execute content ideas effectively.

2. On-Camera Talent & Brand Representation

· Participate in reels, promotional videos, brand campaigns, and other client content where on-camera talent is required.

· Present ideas, products, services, or brand messages confidently and naturally in front of the camera.

· Collaborate with the team to deliver content that aligns with client briefs and campaign objectives.

3. Creative Concepts & Trend Research

· Research trending reels, social media formats, and content ideas relevant to different industries and target audiences.

· Contribute creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storytelling ideas for client campaigns.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop engaging and platform-relevant content.

· Identify opportunities to adapt emerging trends to client brands while maintaining brand relevance.

4. Shoot Coordination & Production Support

· Assist in planning and coordinating shoots, including schedules, props, locations, and basic production logistics.

· Support the team with pre-production preparation and post-shoot coordination.

· Help organise footage and other production assets for editing and delivery.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure shoots are executed smoothly and according to project requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

· Students currently pursuing or recently completing courses in Visual Communication, Journalism, Mass Communication, Film & Media Production, or related disciplines.

· A genuine interest in digital marketing, video production, social media content, or creative storytelling.

· Good communication skills, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

· Flexibility to participate in shoots based on client schedules and production requirements.

Preferred Skills

· Basic knowledge of filming, camera handling, lighting, or audio recording.

· Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

· Basic understanding of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.

· Confidence in front of the camera for candidates interested in on-camera roles.

· Previous experience with college projects, short films, campus media, or personal content creation is an advantage.
