The Opportunity

We are looking for a Content Marketing (70%) & Communications Lead (30%) to own content creation, product storytelling, brand communications and public relations across Think360.ai’s corporate brand and multiple AI-led products and service lines.

This role requires a strong combination of business understanding, storytelling, editorial judgment and hands-on content execution to translate complex technologies into compelling narratives for enterprise buyers and CXO audiences.

You will build a scalable content engine that consistently creates, repurposes and amplifies high-quality content across formats and channels, strengthening brand authority, product positioning and customer engagement.

Working closely with the Growth Marketing & GTM Lead, product teams and business leadership, you will develop the content and narratives that power campaigns, support sales conversations and build Think360.ai’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy, Creation & Repurposing

• • Own content planning, creation and production across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, website, social media, videos and marketing collateral.
• • Build a scalable content engine by repurposing webinars, events, product demos, research and leadership insights into engaging, multi-format content.

2. Product Marketing & Business Storytelling

• • Develop differentiated product narratives, value propositions, messaging and customer use cases across Think360.ai’s products and services.
• • Simplify complex AI, BFSI and regulatory topics into compelling CXO-focused content, including brochures, solution briefs, sales collateral and customer stories.

3. Corporate Brand, Thought Leadership & Digital Content

• • Own corporate storytelling, editorial calendars, LinkedIn content and executive thought leadership, ensuring consistent brand and product messaging.
• • Create industry perspectives, leadership articles and insight-led content that strengthen Think360.ai’s authority across AI, fintech and enterprise technology.

4. Public Relations & Media Communications

• • Lead PR initiatives, including press releases, corporate announcements, product launches, partnerships, media pitches and leadership communications.
• • Manage PR agencies and media relationships to secure relevant coverage, strengthen executive visibility and build brand credibility.

Required Skills & Experience

• • 6–8 years of experience in B2B content marketing, product marketing
• • Proven experience scaling content programs across multiple products, preferably in startups, high-growth SaaS, AI or enterprise technology companies.
• • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for CXO audiences.
• • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, product positioning, thought leadership and brand communications.
• • Experience creating whitepapers, case studies, product collateral, executive communications and other high-impact content.
• • Hands-on experience in PR, media relations, agency coordination and leadership communications.
• • Ability to independently collaborate with product, sales, leadership and creative teams.
• • Proficiency in AI-assisted content creation and repurposing, with strong editorial judgment.

Preferred Skills

• • Experience in AI, analytics, fintech, BFSI, RegTech or enterprise SaaS.
• • Understanding of RBI regulations, DPDP, digital lending, KYC and data governance.
• • Experience creating CXO thought leadership, research-driven content and sales enablement assets.
• • Proficiency with Claude, ChatGPT and AI-powered content and multimedia tools.
• • Experience coordinating designers, video producers, PR agencies and creative partners.
• • Ability to collaborate with sales, product and GTM teams on buyer-focused content, campaign assets and messaging.
