As an E-commerce Executive, you will manage our online store and help deliver a seamless and stylish shopping experience. From product listings to campaign coordination, you'll play a key role in showcasing Abhinn's collections across digital platforms. Key responsibilities: 1. Upload and manage product listings on Shopify and other platforms with accurate descriptions, prices, and images. 2. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure on-brand product presentation. 3. Plan and execute launches, offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with fashion trends. 4. Track inventory levels, coordinate with fulfillment teams, and ensure smooth order processing. 5. Monitor site performance, update collections, and improve product discoverability through tags and categorization. 6. Work with the digital marketing team on email campaigns, influencer drops, and festive sales. 7. Respond to customer queries, reviews, and coordinate returns or order issues. 8. Keep an eye on fashion jewelry trends and competitors for ideas and benchmarks. Eye for fashion, style, and digital aesthetics. 4. Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills. 5. Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets, Canva, or Photoshop is a bonus.
