Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Content Director to lead digital content strategy, video production, social media campaigns, and creative projects for clients in India and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Direct video production, graphic design, and multimedia content.
• Identify and coordinate freelance designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Plan and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality content.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Manage project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative production.
• Strong knowledge of video production, social media, and content strategy.
• Experience managing creative projects and freelance teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
