Content Creator – Leadership, Business & Digital Media

We are looking for a creative and research-driven Content Creator who can develop engaging digital content around leadership, business, entrepreneurship, AI, technology, innovation and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, videos, articles and social media content.
• Research topics, develop content ideas, write scripts, create hooks, captions and CTAs.
• Handle end-to-end content creation, including shooting, coordination, publishing and performance tracking.
• Repurpose webinars, interviews, podcasts and events into engaging digital content.
• Track views, reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth and leads to improve content performance.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Cover corporate events, conferences, webinars and organizational activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, video editing and internal teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing or content strategy.
• Strong writing, scripting, storytelling and research skills.
• Hands-on understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of content analytics, audience engagement and organic growth strategies.
• Basic video shooting, editing, lighting and audio skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A portfolio of Reels, videos, articles or social media campaigns is preferred.

Preferred: Experience creating content related to leadership, business, executive education, corporate governance, ESG or entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Certifications in content writing or content marketing are an added advantage.
