Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Copywriter who can develop compelling ad copies, social media posts, campaign concepts, and engaging content for real estate and other industries. The ideal candidate should bring fresh ideas, understand audience psychology, and be skilled at using multiple AI tools to enhance creativity, research, and content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling ad copies, headlines, taglines, and campaign concepts, primarily for real estate and other brands.
• Develop creative content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, websites, blogs, and landing pages.
• Understand target audiences and translate brand objectives into engaging, conversion-focused messaging.
• Generate fresh campaign ideas, creative hooks, and content angles for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Research real estate projects, target audiences, competitors, and market trends to develop relevant content.
• Write content for other industries, adapting the tone and messaging to suit different brands.
• Use multiple AI tools effectively for research, brainstorming, ideation, copywriting, and content optimization.
• Collaborate with designers, performance marketers, and social media teams to develop impactful creatives.
• Review and refine content to ensure originality, accuracy, brand consistency, and grammatical correctness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content writing or copywriting, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop unique, attention-grabbing ad copies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Mandatory proficiency in multiple AI tools for content creation, research, and creative ideation.
• Understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Ability to write persuasive, audience-focused copy that drives engagement and conversions.
• Real estate content or advertising experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
