As an Infoscion at Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to actively assist the consulting team in various project phases. This includes problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will need to explore alternatives to recommended solutions through research, including literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation, etc., and build POCs. Moreover, you will create requirement specifications from business needs, define the "to be" processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements. Your support will be crucial in configuring solution requirements on the products, understanding any issues, diagnosing root causes, seeking clarifications, and identifying and shortlisting solution alternatives. Contribution to unit level and organizational initiatives will also be expected from you to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.
