First service provided for my ITR by Consultaxx was good but when I again reached out for other services related to tax, I received a very bad response. I almost called them 5-6 times but every time I got a response saying we will get back to you and they never called me back.

Discussed with them for tax advise and as advertised they provided solution to my queries without asking for any fee. They even pointed to applicable sections for reference unlike other providers who would ask few questions and tell about a consultation that needs to be taken for a fee.
