Company Description Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Department: EHSQ Technology / Digital Solutions Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Technical Intelex Lead. The Sr. Technical Intelex Lead will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing code, and providing technical mentorship. The Sr. Technical Intelex Lead will also be responsible for ensuring code quality and best practices are adhered to. Qualifications Team Leadership and Project Management skills Proficiency in Software Development and Coding languages Experience with Code Review and Quality Assurance Hands-on experience with Intelex EHSQ software (configuration, customization, and deployment). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in designing scalable software architectures Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Strong proficiency in SQL , with advanced querying and performance tuning experience. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with proven experience in client-facing technical roles.
