We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CONSULTANT SPECIALIST In this role, you will: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and related technologies. Develop front-end interfaces and back-end systems, ensuring seamless integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices. Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript/TypeScript. Frontend Technologies: Experience with React framework. Backend Technologies: Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture. Database Management: Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Sybase) DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Testing: Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks. Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative tools like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java technologies. Proven track record of delivering complex projects in an agile environment. Experience with performance optimization and scalability. Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or data engineering. Knowledge of container orchestration and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with Vaadin web-components. You ll achieve more when you join HSBC. .
