Role Overview: As an Infoscion, you will be an integral part of the Infosys consulting team. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and ensure successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to develop proposals, provide inputs in solution design, configure products, conduct demonstrations, workshops, and lead small projects to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction - Develop proposal sections, contribute to solution design, configure products, conduct pilots, and resolve queries - Conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements - Lead small projects, contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver value-added solutions Qualification Required: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for client innovation and growth - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of latest technologies - Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills - Understanding of financial processes, pricing models, and industry domain knowledge - Proficiency in client interfacing, project management, and team management *Note: The job description also includes preferred skills related to automated testing, package testing, SAP functional areas, industry solutions, technical expertise, and specific technologies like Worksoft Certify and SAP FICO.*,
