Role & Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a broad range of eye conditions. Perform key ophthalmic surgeries: phacoemulsification , cataract , glaucoma , and minor procedures. Use advanced diagnostic tools like OCT , Fundus Camera , and Perimetry for accurate assessments. Provide thorough pre- and post-operative care with clear patient communication. Collaborate with the medical team and participate in outreach programs/eye camps to support community eye care. Preferred candidate profile Qualification : MBBS with MS/DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institute. Experience : 05 years; freshers with solid surgical training are encouraged. Skills : Proficient in cataract and glaucoma surgeries. Confident in handling diagnostic equipment. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
