Your qualifications should include an MBBS degree along with an MS/DNB/MD and a Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Surgery. Ideally, you should possess 3 to 5 years of post-fellowship experience in a reputable ophthalmology organization. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada languages will be an added advantage for effective communication with patients and their families.
