Consultant Ophthalmologist

As a Consultant Ophthalmologist at our hospital in Vijayawada, your role will involve managing outpatient consultations, performing eye surgeries, and providing comprehensive ophthalmic care. You will be responsible for both OPD and emergency duties to ensure continuous patient support and deliver high-quality eye care services. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outpatient consultations to diagnose ophthalmic conditions. - Perform minor and major eye surgeries based on your specialization. - Manage emergency ophthalmic cases efficiently. - Provide post-operative and follow-up care to patients. - Collaborate with other consultants and medical staff for coordinated patient management. - Maintain detailed medical records while upholding patient confidentiality. Qualifications & Requirements: - Qualification: MBBS with MD/MS in Ophthalmology (mandatory). - Experience: Freshers and experienced doctors are welcome to apply. - Availability: - Morning OP: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Evening OP: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Must be available for emergency cases as needed. - Required Skills: Excellent clinical and communication skills.
