Consultant - Mortgage Title Search Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform property title searches, ownership verification, and title examination tasks.
• Review property records, title commitments, and related legal documents accurately.
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records within strict turnaround times.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  1- 2 years in the US Mortgage domain (Title Search / Examination preferred).

• Domain Knowledge:

  Familiarity with property ownership verification, US mortgage concepts, and title search procedures.

• Skills:

  Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and good typing speed.

• Attributes:

  Quick learner with strong time management skills.

• Location:

  Bangalore / Bengaluru - Indiranagar

• Work Schedule:

  5 days working | 2 rotational week offs

• Shifts:

  Rotational shifts (US Shifts)
