Consultant - Data Science

You will be responsible for working with a team of data scientists to oversee multiple projects. Your role will involve guiding the team in formulating, developing, and implementing models, while also engaging with business stakeholders to clarify model outcomes. With 6 to 9 years of experience, you should possess a deep understanding of Statistics and hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as R/SQL and Python is essential, along with a strong background in DL frameworks like TensorFlow and Theano. Your scientific expertise should encompass real-world experience in Deep Learning, including Convolutional Neural Networks, Restricted Boltzmann Machines, and Deep Neural Networks. Your passion for solving complex analytical problems will be crucial, along with the ability to assess problems quantitatively and qualitatively. Collaboration with team members to identify and resolve challenging issues will be a key aspect of your role. Previous experience in applying Machine Learning techniques in a production environment is highly desirable. As part of your responsibilities, you will design, develop, and implement AI/Machine Learning solutions for our industry-specific data analytics platform. Creating scalable processes for collecting, manipulating, presenting, and analyzing large datasets in a production setting will be a core focus. You will define problems, handle all data aspects from acquisition to visualization, conduct feature engineering using ML algorithms, and deploy models effectively. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing algorithm prototypes, evaluating performance metrics based on real-world datasets, and providing input and guidance to software engineers for algorithm implementation in solution/product development. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Life Science/Pharma. A degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Ph.D. or MS degree.,
