Consultant - BNYS/BAMS(Immediate Joiners)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with walk-in and referred clients.
• Understand client concerns related to weight management, inch loss, body contouring, and overall wellness.
• Explain clinic services, treatment plans, and wellness programs professionally.
• Recommend customized slimming packages based on client requirements.
• Convert consultations into successful enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians, and therapists to ensure seamless client care.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and scheduled appointments.
• Maintain consultation records, sales reports, and client documentation accurately.
• Handle client queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote ongoing wellness programs, memberships, and special offers.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information and comply with clinic policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in slimming, wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, fitness, beauty, or consultative sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
