Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assess patients pre-operatively and determine appropriate anesthetic plans. Administer local, regional, or general anesthetics before surgical or medical procedures. Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthesia as needed. Manage pain relief during and after surgery. Coordinate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals during operations. Respond to emergencies related to anesthesia or surgery. Maintain accurate patient records and anesthesia charts. Ensure all anesthetic equipment is functional and follow hygiene and safety protocols. Participate in post-operative patient care and pain management. Key Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of anesthesia techniques, equipment, and medications. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in critical situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and adherence to patient safety protocols.
