If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. ** Job Title: Construction Site Manager ** Location: Gandhinagar Gujarat ** Experience Range 15/20+ years of experience ** Educational Qualification Full Time/ Regular - BE / B.Tech In Civil Engineering ** Experience Must have 15+ years of Construction Management experience in the oil / gas/refinery/petrochemical plants/ process plants industry. Job Summary: The Construction Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction activities for refinery oil and gas projects. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Team Management: Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to the budget. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project specifications are met. Safety Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and onsite teams. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in the oil and gas industry. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software. Additional Requirements: Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to extreme temperatures and hazardous materials.
