The lift service in our building is extremely poor. We face issues daily, with both lifts often malfunctioning. Staff have gotten stuck, and it's especially frustrating during morning hours when we need to arrive at the office quickly.

Time has taken a toll on the office, it's not so new nor it can keep up with time. The maintenance and the elevators are not up to the expected level. Unless they can keep up with the changing times they will become history.

A building full with corporate offices and bpo of vodafone. Can reach both from sealdah and howrah and via metro (Rabindra Sadan) as well. A well connected spot for people to reach.
