Module Lead, Identity Management Product Development
You will design and develop server-side software for the Identity Governance product suite. As a Core Server developer, you will work on a Java EE based platform, utilizing Hibernate, Spring, and REST for building multi-tier applications. Additionally, you will contribute to the UI layer using AngularJS frameworks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the organization's capability to analyze, enrich, collaborate, and certify Identity & Access Information. The team follows Agile methodologies for fast-paced software development. Your responsibilities will include building a high-performance backend identity governance solution integrated with a web-based analytics UI, developing robust and highly available services, and working on data mining and analytics solutions for Identity User Review and Role mining. Furthermore, you will be involved in integrating the enterprise Identity Management platform with the Identity Governance Platform and refining internal systems, processes, and best practices to enhance organizational performance and accelerate product delivery. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 4 years of experience as a software engineer, with expertise in designing and developing large-scale applications using Java and Java EE. Knowledge of various application development frameworks such as Java EE, Spring, and database/data modeling skills are required, while experience with Hibernate and RESTful web services is desirable. Experience in Identity and Access Management is also a plus. As an ideal candidate, you should be passionate about writing maintainable and understandable quality code, with a keen interest in solving complex problems. Your technical skills should include proficiency in object-oriented development, familiarity with design patterns, and an understanding of architectures relevant to multi-tier applications. Being adaptable to evolving languages and toolsets, having strong problem-solving abilities, and an Agile mindset are essential qualities for this role.
