Configurator - L3

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for configurating and maintaining the software and other technological aspects of the project being run for the Wipro client. You will be required to provide assistance in configuration of applications based on client requirements, collate configuration requirements from the functions/ BUs/ SLs, and obtain approval from business owners. It is essential to plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines, provide system configuration support based on changing business needs, and assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and testing patch releases and system upgrades, as well as maintaining the configuration archive and its upkeep to ensure 100% compliance to configuration standards and procedures. Making changes to existing configuration processes as per the client requirements and maintaining proper documentation/ log is also part of the role. Furthermore, analyzing and resolving configuration issues in a timely manner, managing MIS, reporting, backend support, preparing Daily, Monthly status reports on certain configuration parameters, and documentation & reporting as per the client's needs on configuration standards are key responsibilities. Issue resolution in minimum time possible with respect to any modification or change requested by the client is crucial for successful delivery. The role also involves Continuous Integration, Deployment to ensure 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, throughput %, and adherence to the schedule. Quality & CSAT metrics include On-Time Delivery, troubleshooting queries, customer experience, and completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation. The mandatory skill required for this role is Oracle Apps Finance Functional with an experience range of 3-5 years.
