Job Title: Factory Manager – Personal Care & Home Care Products Location: Angola Status: Single Status Only Salary: Up to USD 3,500 (Net Take-Home) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations at our Angola facility, specializing in Personal Care and Home Care product manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have at least 12 years of experience , with a strong background in formulation and product development . This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a blend of technical expertise and operational management to ensure high-quality, efficient production. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. Lead and supervise a team of production staff, technicians, and quality control personnel. Drive product formulation and development, improving current product lines and innovating new ones. Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to align product development with market needs. Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory and safety standards. Manage raw material sourcing, inventory control, and cost efficiency. Implement and monitor KPIs for operational performance, quality assurance, and cost control. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime. Key Requirements: Minimum 12 years of experience in manufacturing of Personal Care and/or Home Care products. Proven expertise in formulation and product development is essential. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Experience in African markets is an advantage but not mandatory. Engineering or Science degree preferred (Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Cosmetic Science or related). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be willing to relocate to Angola and work under single status .
