Concierge Executive

e are looking for an experienced Concierge professional with 6–12 years of experience in 5-star hotels to provide personalized guest assistance and ensure a high standard of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with their requirements.
• Arrange transportation, airport transfers, and local sightseeing.
• Handle restaurant reservations, event bookings, and special guest requests.
• Provide information about local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
• Assist VIP guests and provide personalized services.
• Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
• Maintain updated information on hotel facilities and local services.
• Coordinate luggage assistance and other guest services when required.
• Maintain guest records and ensure service requests are completed on time.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
