Sr. US IT Recruiter (USR) & BUsiness Development Manager (DM)
BDM Poistion: Role & responsibilities Qualifications:5+ years in business development or account management, with a focus on MSP or staffing services.Proven experience in managing contingent workforce programs and MSP solutions for large organizations.Strong understanding of MSP processes, including vendor management, workforce optimization, and cost control.Extensive knowledge of VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) and integration with staffing operations.Expertise in driving new business, expanding client portfolios, and securing long-term MSP contracts.Ability to build and maintain client relationships, delivering customized staffing solutions tailored to client needs.Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and client data.Strong presentation and negotiation skills for creating and presenting proposals and service agreements.Experience with staffing tools (e.g., USA Staffing, Bullhorn) for candidate sourcing, recruitment, and compliance tracking.Deep understanding of staffing compliance regulations, including labor laws and MSP program SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Ability to analyze market trends, workforce data, and performance metrics to drive business growth and optimize staffing solutions.CSP or MSP-related certifications (e.g., VMS Administrator, Certified Staffing Professional) preferred.Note: Please email resumes to hradmin@Conchtech.comRecruiter Position: Role & responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks) and traditional methodsReview resumes and credentials to pre-screen candidates and assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.Conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.Expertise in W2 hiring as well as C2C hiring and 1099 Tax termsEnsuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.Must haves Relevant Experience Excellent Communicationinterpersonal skills and negotiation skillsStrong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boardsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
