Position: National Business Head Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible for the business across all metrics of Revenue, GP& EBITDA etc against budget on a monthly and quarterly and yearly basis. Ensure accurate forecasting as per monthly and yearly forecasting reports, ensure forecasts accuracy. Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution. Plan, execute and achieve the budgeted sales targets as per the business plan. Managing distribution networks and relationships with OEM, partner, RDs, retailers and key accounts. Ensuring Sales Targets are met and will be responsible for the collections of the sales made. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Develop market intelligence and expansion of online and off line channels. Exploring new markets and to expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets. Develop & optimize marketing efforts tied in with growth and sales targets. Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and outstanding. Ensure compliance with company's and government policies and procedures. Work with Regional Shared Services teams to ensure alignment on Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain. Ensure the team development plans are documented and leadership development plans in place for High performers. Participate in Regional Business performance reviews and QBRs along with the Business Head. Administration of all Sales Offices, by Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost. Scope: PAN India Operations. All channels including General Trade, LFR and Ecommerce. Mandatory: Education Qualification: MBA preferable with a business related degree. Experience required between 12-17 years. Candidate should have experience in sales Professional Audio-Video industry in India (Samsung, QSC). Proven work experience as a National sales manager. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required. Excellent Communication Skills interpersonal skills and presentation skills required.
