Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer located in Kanpur. The CAD Designer will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, including construction drawings and design engineering schematics. The Designer will also engage in day-to-day CAD tasks, creating accurate representations of real estate projects, and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure all designs meet required standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Drawing skills Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings Design Engineering knowledge Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Show more Show less
