Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Technical Recruiter, located in Vishakhapatnam. The IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, from identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, to coordinating the hiring process. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensuring the selection of the best candidates for IT positions. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes Knowledge of Information Technology trends and job requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members Experience working with Direct clients and working on W2/C2C
