Job Description

Community health worker preferably Male to work with team in community health camps organised by our hospital daily. Team will leave at 7:30 am from hospital to come back at 5:30 pm. Breakfast & lunch will be provided. The CHW has to go door to door to search people suffering from blindness & add patients more to come in camp screening to contribute in eradication of avoidable blindness
