Communication Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for:
• Monthly newsletters
• GSN articles
• Informative emails for lead nurturing
• circulars
• Press releases and event invitations
• Brochures, etc.
• Proofread and refine content for the school website, magazines, flyers, and other communication materials.
• Manage and handle social media platforms (Facebook, Google Business, YouTube, and others) on a daily basis.
• Cover key school events through Facebook live and real-time social media updates.
• Create and manage day-to-day content for regular social media updates.
• Optimize content as per SEO best practices for YouTube, the website, and other digital platforms.
• Ideate, develop, and execute engaging campaigns on Facebook in coordination with third-party agencies.
• Handle and respond to customer queries received through social media channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and execute a comprehensive social media strategy through research, platform selection, and performance tracking.
• Grow and optimize the schools social media presence and online engagement.
• Develop occasional blog content for the school website and draft global announcements/emailers issued in the name of top management.
• Support content curation, design coordination, and thorough proofreading of all outgoing communication.
• Work closely with the school team to create strong stories ( PBL,projects, outcomes)
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms
• Assist counsellors with academic stories and pitch alignment
• Coordinate with central marketing teams/agencies for campaigns and mandates.
• Liaise with designers, videographers for content execution.
